Internal Sanitary, Water Supply & Electrification and Internal Road, Boundary Wall, Drain, Reception Fuel Store, Training Tower, Distribution line & Deep Tube well, Site Development, Sub-station Building etc & External Electrification Works at Mymensingh District. NA Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: 1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience of construction works. 2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) number of similar natures of frame structure (minimum 3(Three) storied building with 03(Three) Storied foundation) work including Civil, Sanitary and internal Electrification, minimum 150 KVA Sub-Station and 30 KVA Generator Works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 1250.00 (Twelve Hundred and Fifty) lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1600.00 (Sixteen Hundred) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-8 Form Published by BPPA) Tk. 350.00 (Three Hundred Fifty) Lac. 5. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall have 1500.00 (Fifteen Hundred) lac. 6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license, up-to-date ABC contractor and supervisory license, return slip of Assessment year mentioned in TDS, and Audit report for the past 1 year. 7. Manufacturer Authorization/ Dealership/Agency ship Certificate for Substation and Generator must be submitted as specification mentioned in BOQ. 8.
