3. Work period for each lot is 12 months. The margin of Preference shall not be allowed.

The attention of the prospective bidders is hereby drawn to the pre-construction activities, including confirmation of foundation designs of various buildings to determine suitability for the soil type, preparation of service drawings for the site, etc, as required under paragraph 5 of section III of bidding document.

Bidders may bid for one or several lots, as further defined in the bidding document. Bids should be presented separately for each lot. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.

4. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Projects Financing”, September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) available on www.worldbank.org/en/programs/project-procurement/framework and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Nasarawa State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning & Empowerment Project, and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (local time) at the address given below.

6. The bidding document in English may be purchased from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000.00) only in a Bank Draft or bank transfer in Favour of “Nasarawa Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning & Empowerment Project. The document could be collected at the address below on presentation of proof of payment. At the request of the bidder, the documents could also be sent by courier after payment of an additional fee to cover the cost of delivery.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address in paragraph 11 below on or before 4th June, 2026 12:00 pm (local time)

9. All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration.

10. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
