Amendment to Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for Extension of Date for Submission of Bids in respect of the activity with Reference No. NG-NIGER STATE ACRESAL-536816-CW-RFB for the Construction of Storm Water Drainage Structures for Mokwa Gully Erosion Site in Niger State
1. The Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association toward the cost of Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACRESAL) Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for the Construction of Storm Water Drainage Structures for Mokwa Gully Erosion Site in Niger State. The Works include Drainage/Concrete works, Riprap, bioremediation and other ancillary works. A margin of preference shall not apply.
2. The Niger State Project Management Unit of ACRESAL now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of the following:

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” procurement in investment project financing revised September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtained further information from the State Project Management Unit (SPMU) and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (local time) at the address given below.
5. The Bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (NGN150, 000.00). 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 Noon (local time) on Monday 29th June, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below by 12:00 Noon (local time) on Monday 29th June, 2026.
6. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as stated above.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration.
8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
