- Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing, Revised Edition of February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), address available on www.worldbank.org/procure and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from State Project Coordination Office - Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), Agric. Input Supply Agency (AISA) Building, Beside ADP, Alagbaka, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria and inspect the Bidding document during office hours 09:00-16:00 at the address given below.
- The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (NGN100,000.00) only per lot. The method of payment will be direct payment to bank in favour of the following account: 1025200806 UBA Acct Name: Ondo State L-PRES Project. Proof/evidence of payment to be presented at the address below before collecting bidding document
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 noon on 30th September, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late/unseal Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below by 12 noon on the 30th September, 2026
- All Bids must be accompanied by a “Original Bid Security” in the amount stated above
- Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
