Description

11-Aug-2026 The objective of the Environmental and Social Compliance Audit is to assess the level of compliance of the Project (COSP) with the applicable environmental and social requirements as per the financing agreements, AfDB’s requirements of the Integrated Safeguards Systems (ISS) and national laws and policies. The audit will also identify non-compliance and shortcomings, and the direct and root-causes of such non-performance, and then recommend corrective actions. It shall be an independent evaluation of both the Borrower/Client and the Bank performances through the overall project E&S performance, and good International Industry Practice (GIIP) for the agricultural sector. https://www.afdb.org/sites/default/files/documents/project-related-procurement/final_reoi_es_cleared.pdf
