1. The Government of the Republic of El Salvador has received a Grant from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), under Grant Agreement TF P181983 for the Project “Grant for the preparation of enhanced financial intermediation projects for employment”. Development Bank of the Republic of El Salvador, for the execution of the Project “Funding Management Specialist for project resource management”, and intends to use part of these funds to make payments under the Consulting Contract for which this invitation is issued.
2. The Development Bank of the Republic of El Salvador, through the Project Executing Unit, invites you to submit an updated Curriculum Vitae, attaching your resume and respective supporting documents, proving academic level, work experience, and expressing interest in participating in the individual consultancy N° SV-BANDESAL-557065-CS-INDV titled: “Funding Management Specialist for project resource management”
3. The deadline for submitting documentation is August 14, 2026, until 2:00 PM, and must be delivered to the Project Executing Unit, located at Edificio World Trade Center, Torre II, level 4, Colonia Escalón, in the District of San Salvador and Capital of the Republic, Municipality of San Salvador Centro, Department of San Salvador.
4. This contract will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" (hereinafter the "Procurement Regulations"), Sixth Edition, February 2025, and the Terms of Reference for the process, which are attached to this invitation.
5. Interested professionals in participating in this consultancy must submit the following documents:

If the consultant fails to comply with the request, the initially submitted documents will not proceed in the evaluation process.
7. The selected consultant will sign a contract with the Development Bank of the Republic of El Salvador.
