Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Świadczenie usług odbioru i transportu odpadów komunalnych powstających na terenie nieruchomości zamieszkałych na obszarze Gminy Kobylanka oraz w obiektach administrowanych przez Gminę Kobylanka w 2027 r. 2. Część I zamówienia obejmuje świadczenie usług odbioru i transportu odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości (2539 punktów wywozowych), na których zamieszkuje 6666 mieszkańców, oraz od właścicieli nieruchomości niezamieszkałych, na których znajdują się domki letniskowe lub które są wykorzystywane na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe (259 nieruchomości) oraz odbiór i transport odpadów z Gminnego Punktu Zbiórki Odpadów Gminy Kobylanka zwanego dalej „GPZO” (gminny PSZOK).
