Description
The subject of the procurement procedure is a new centralized system that will replace the individual systems for provision of ATIS service(s) at LKPR, LKKV, LKTB, LKMT and LKCS airports and the VOLMET LKAA system for FIR LKAA. It involves providing voice output via the VoIP protocol. The system will communicate with the ACARS-GW system for provision of D-ATIS and D-VOLMET (Datalink) version of ATISes and VOLMET.
The aim of the procurement procedure is to conclude a Framework Agreement with one participant using the procedure applicable to above-threshold open procedure. The awarding of partial public contracts or orders will be carried out using the procedure without reopening competition
