Předmětem VZ jsou dodávky tlumoků 2016 a náhradních dílů/odpojitelných částí k tlumokům 2016 (dále jen „zboží“) podle podmínek uvedených v rámcové dohodě, na základě, které budou zadávány jednotlivé dílčí veřejné zakázky. Rámcová dohoda bude uzavřena s jedním účastníkem zadávacího řízení v souladu se zadávacími podmínkami a nabídkou vybraného dodavatele.
