Original language: roPrin intermediul prezentei proceduri de achiziţie publică se va îmbunătăți infrastructura de tehnologie a informaţiei şi comunicaţie aparținând Autorităţii Contractante, având drept consecinţă directă inclusiv creşterea gradului de digitalizare a Ministerului Public. Creşterea gradului de digitalizare a Ministerului Public va reduce durata interacţiunii directe, fizice, dintre cetăţean – beneficiar al Justiţiei ca serviciu public – şi instituţiile de aplicare a legii din localităţile de domiciliu, iar acest beneficiu atrage după sine o serie întreagă de beneficii subsecvente: - capacitate mai mare de procesare a informaţiilor, precum şi o mai mare viteză de procesare a informaţiei, ceea ce va avea ca rezultat creşterea productivităţii muncii, cu consecinţa unui randament ridicat întrucât staţiile de lucru noi au caracteristici tehnice superioare, în raport cu cele pe care le vor înlocui; - facilitatarea accesului la justiţie pentru persoanele cu dizabilităţi, aceasta fiind o preocupare constantă și continuă a conducerii Ministerului Public. - facilitarea mobilităţii personalului Ministerului Public, astfel încât îndeplinirea sarcinilor de serviciu şi participarea la diferite forme de pregătire profesională să se poată desfăşura şi de la distanţă, fără a fi necesară prezenţa efectivă în sediul unităţii de parchet atunci când condiţiile socio-sanitare impun aceasta.
