Published by Ministry of Energy, Power and Minearal Resources, Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd. (PGCB). Procuring Entity: Project Director & Superintendent Engineer, Project-2. “Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 400 kV Transformer Bay and 230 kV Transmission Line Diameter Extension at Kaliakoir Substation” (herein after referred to as “the Works”). Procurement Method: ICT One Stage & Two envelope Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Own Funds Own Funds. Eligibility Requirements: Tenderers shall meet the following minimum requirements along with other requirements as mentioned in the tender documents: Participation as a contractor (single entity or JV partner) in 03 (three) contracts that have been successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years (years counting backward from the tender submission deadline) and that are similar to the proposed contract where the value (only relevant portions will be considered) of the Tenderer’s (or JV partner) participation in one contract exceeds USD 3.5 (Three and a half) million and with a total aggregated value of three contracts at least: USD 5.0 (Five) million. The similarity of the Tenderer's (or JV partner) participation shall be based on the physical size, nature of works, complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in Procuring Entity’s Requirements. a) Each contract must include design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of extension /renovation/new 220/X kV or higher voltage level AIS substations of minimum two bays b) One contract must be of extension/renovation/new 380/X kV or higher voltage level AIS substation of minimum one bay The above three contracts should meet the criteria mentioned below: (i) At least one (1) of the above mentioned contracts shall be in successful operation for minimum of three (3) years (years counting backward from the tender submission deadline). (ii) At least one (1) of the above mentioned contracts must be completed outside the Tenderer’s own country or inside Bangladesh. The qualification criteria of the Tenderers have been given above. The Tenderers are advised to inspect the tender document in details by visiting the Power Grid’s website https://powergrid.gov.bd/. Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh. Tender Document Price: BDT A nonrefundable fee of USD 300.00 (United States Dollar Three Hundred only) or BDT 36,000.00 (Taka Thirty six thousand only) in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of the Power Grid Bangladesh PLC..
