Original language: PolishDostawa licencji Microsoftt lub oprogramowania równoważnego wraz ze wsparciem zgodnie z zasadami wskazanymi w SOPZ – tj. w Załączniku nr 1 do projektu umowy i na zasadach wskazanych w warunkach licencjonowania producenta oprogramowania. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (SOPZ), wymagania jakościowe, wymagania techniczne (parametry i funkcjonalności) znajdują się w projekcie umowy (wraz z jej załącznikami) stanowiącym Załącznik do SWZ. Zgodnie z art. 133 ust. 3 ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych z dnia 11 września 2019 r. – Prawo zamówień publicznych (tj. Dz.U. z 2024 poz. 1320 ze zm.), z powodu ochrony poufnego charakteru informacji zawartych w Załączniku nr 1 (SOPZ) do projektu umowy, Zamawiający nie może udostępnić ww. części SWZ na stronie internetowej prowadzonego postępowania. Zamawiający określił w ogłoszeniu o zamówieniu i dokumentach zamówienia sposób dostępu do tych informacji oraz wymagania związane z ochroną ich poufnego charakteru.
