Supply of digital signature equipment with licenses and integration with HIS optimed nxt under the KPO program

1. Supply of digital signature equipment enabling the functionality of the System – digital pens (4 units), screens with holders (37 units), including licenses (41 units). Installation and implementation of an automatic document digitization system with integration into the Ordering Party's existing OPTIMED NXT HIS system within the KPO program, as per Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. Conducting appropriate training on System administration and usage as per point 5 of Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. Providing service care and author's supervision for all System licenses handed over for a period of 36 months from the date of implementation completion. 4. Offers not covering the full scope of the order will be rejected. 5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to invite the Contractor whose offer has been assessed highest to present and demonstrate the offered solution (in whole or in part) to verify its compliance with the requirements specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). This verification may include, among others, demonstration of functionalities, access to a test environment, technical documentation, or other means allowing for a reliable assessment of the solution's compliance with the Ordering Party's requirements. Failure to demonstrate compliance may result in the offer being rejected as non-compliant with the OPZ. as per point 9 of Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 6. Other terms of the order are specified in the draft agreement, which is Annex No. 3 to these Specifications. 7. Financing of the order under the Project: “Development of e-health services, digitization and improvement of cybersecurity levels of medical and administrative processes related to the provision of healthcare services at Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Krakow Sp. z o.o.”. 8. NOTE: The Ordering Party reserves the possibility of annulling the procurement procedure if the funds intended by the Ordering Party to finance the order are not granted (Art. 257 of the Pzp Act). Financing of the order under the Project: “Modernization and expansion of diagnostic, integrated treatment, pharmacotherapy and pharmaceutical care facilities for cancer patients at Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Krakow” under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan. Component D “Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the healthcare system.” NOTE: The Ordering Party reserves the possibility of annulling the procurement procedure if the funds intended by the Ordering Party to finance the order are not granted (Art. 257 of the Pzp Act).”
