Dynamic purchasing system for winter services with trucks on class 1 roads in Guldborgsund Municipality

Guldborgsund Municipality is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DIS) for the tendering and awarding of contracts for winter services with trucks on class 1 roads in the municipality. The purpose of establishing the DIS is to give companies the opportunity to apply for admission to the DIS and then, as an approved participant, to be able to submit tenders for the Contracting Authority's tender for winter services with trucks on the routes in the municipality designated as class 1 roads. Winter services must support accessibility and safety on traffic areas for everyone during periods with weather conditions that cause slippery conditions and snowfall. Winter services on the municipality's class 1 roads include slippery condition control and snow removal with trucks on roadways, including parking lots, bus bays, and similar in Guldborgsund Municipality. The work must be carried out according to the Contracting Authority's instructions and must be able to be initiated around the clock as needed, annually in the period from October 1 to April 30. The supplier must carry out tasks with a suitable truck/towing unit and personnel. Winter services must generally be carried out with the Contracting Authority's plow and salting equipment. Winter services must be carried out in accordance with the applicable "Regulation on Winter Maintenance" in Guldborgsund Municipality at any given time. The individual routes will be tendered as contracts with a duration of at least one year. The individual contract may have a maximum duration of four years.
