Published by Ministry of Housing and Public Works, Public Works Department (PWD). Procuring Entity: Patuakhali PWD Division. Remaining Construction work upto the 3rd floor including boundary wall,RCC road,saluting,PABX,CCTV camera and other ancillary works of the 06 (six) Storey Officer's Mess building of patuakhali district police line. Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Non_Development GOB. Eligibility Requirements: The Tenderer shall have 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector (govt./semi-govt./autonomous organization) of at least 01(one) contract of Construction work successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 200.00 lac. 3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 175.00 lac over the last 05 (five) financial years. 4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the Tenderers shall be Tk 150.00 lac. 5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 200.00 lac. 6. The tenderer must submit: (i) TIN Certificate (ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. (iii) Up-to-date trade license. (iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. (v) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate..
