Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Electrical Upgrades at East Wanneroo Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to the upgrade of the electrical supply at East Wanneroo Primary School, including replacement of the site main switchboard and building switchboards, associated consumer mains and submains, earthing systems, conduit and pit infrastructure, Western Power coordination, temporary power arrangements, testing and commissioning in accordance with the consultants documentation. Installation and maintenance of temporary fencing Dilapidation Report Ground Service Scan Upgrade of the site electrical supply, including coordination with Western Power works. Replacement of the existing Site Main Switchboard (SMSB), including new consumer mains and earthing. Preparation of the designated area for Western Power substation and transformer works, Replacement and/or upgrade of building main switchboards and associated submains serving Blocks A and B. Installation of all associated cable containment, conduits, pits, trenching, and reinstatement works. Provision of temporary power arrangements and shutdown coordination to maintain school operations. Testing, commissioning, compliance certification, and provision of as ? constructed documentation. Execution of all works in accordance with the Electrical Services Specification and the approved design drawings, including EWPS ? E01 ? A7 and associated electrical drawings. Alteration, diversion, or reinstatement of irrigation systems where required
