Relocation and Destination Services - Request for Proposal

ECU is seeking to establish a preferred supplier for the provision of Relocation and Destination Services. Suppliers must demonstrate proven capability and experience in delivering high-quality, end-to-end relocation and destination support services, both domestically and internationally. The services will support senior appointments, employees, visiting academics, and other approved relocatees, including accompanying family members and pets. The appointed provider will work directly with relocatees to assess requirements, prepare cost estimates for approval, coordinate approved services, and provide ongoing support throughout the relocation process. Services may include, but are not limited to: Employee Relocation Services: Removalist Services; Personal effects packing, transport, storage and unpacking; Pet relocations; Export clearance and consignment; and Airfares and temporary accommodation.
