Description
Die Linie S 18 der Forchbahn verbindet die Stadt Zürich mit der Region Pfannenstiel, von Zürich Stadelhofen bis Esslingen. Im Abschnitt zwischen Forch und Esslingen haben zahlreiche Bestandteile der Bahn-Infrastruktur ihr Lebensende erreicht und/oder entsprechen nicht mehr den gesetzlichen Vorgaben, resp. den betrieblichen Anforderungen. Aus diesem Grund hat sich die Forchbahn dazu entschieden, betroffene Abschnitte während einer 16-wöchigen Totalsperrung zu erneuern. Die Einzelprojekte werden dabei im Projekt CLUSTER 27 zusammengefasst und koordiniert. Für weitergehende Informationen wird auf die beiliegenden Unterlagen verwiesen.
