Original language: GermanDie Gemeinde Muttenz plant die Sanierung und teilweise Umnutzung eines mehrgeschossigen Bestandsgebäudes innerhalb der Anlage „Mittenza“ im historischen Ortskern. Die Anlage umfasst mehrere Baukörper; Gegenstand des vorliegenden Projekts ist ausschliesslich das ehemalige Hotel- und Kongress- Gebäude. Das um 1975 erstellte Gebäude ist Teil eines Ensembles von regionaler Bedeutung und steht unter kantonalem Denkmalschutz. Nach einer Phase des teilweisen Leerstands wird das Gebäude instandgesetzt und einer neuen Nutzung zugeführt. Der grosse Saal bleibt für kulturelle und gesellschaftliche Veranstaltungen erhalten. Ergänzend entstehen Räumlichkeiten für Verwaltung, die allgemeine Musikschule sowie weitere Vereins- und Gemeinschafts- Nutzungen. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Elektroanlagen für die Sanierung und Umnutzung des ehemaligen Hotel- und Kongress- Gebäudes. Der Auftrag umfasst insbesondere Installationen für Stark- und Schwach- Stromanlagen sowie die zugehörigen Leitungsführungen, Verteilungen, Anschlüsse und Nebenarbeiten gemäss Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Leistungsverzeichnis. Das Gebäude befindet sich in einem innerörtlichen Umfeld. Während der Bauzeit ist auf die örtlichen Gegebenheiten, die Baustellenlogistik sowie auf Anwohner und angrenzende öffentliche Nutzungen besonders Rücksicht zu nehmen.
