An der o.g. Förderschule mit dem Schwerpunkt für geistige Entwicklung ist aus kapazitären Gründen ein Erweiterungsbau erforderlich. Hierzu soll das bestehende Schulgebäude um den Förderschwerpunkt körperliche und motorische Entwicklung (KmE), um weitere Klassenräume, eine Mensa und einen Verwaltungsbereich erweitert werden. Zur Umsetzung der Maßnahme steht eine unbebaute Fläche auf dem Schulgelände zu Verfügung. Das Baufeld befindet sich in Hanglage und grenzt im Norden an die August- Vilmar-Straße. Die Maßnahme muss im laufenden Schulbetrieb durchgeführt werden. Dies erfordert spezielle Maßnahmen in der Baustelleneinrichtung sowie deren Andienung.
