Guten Tag, die Stadt Kassel beabsichtigt die Kita Rothenditmold zu erweitern, sowie die Bestandsräumlichkeiten umzubauen und zu sanieren. Die Kita- Erweiterung und die gesamten Umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen inkl. der Ergänzung und Anpassung der Außenanlagen sollen in Bauabschnitten bis voraussichtlich März 2030 realisiert werden. Bei diesem Projekt soll der Auftragnehmer die Gesamtplanung als alleiniger Gesamtverantwortlicher übernehmen, der die wesentlichen Architekten- und Fachplanerleistungen vom Bauherrn übertragen bekommt. Sämtliche Planungsleistungen, die stufenweise gemäß HOAI (LPH 1 9) für die Generalplanung und die bauliche Realisierung der Kita Rothenditmold vom Bauherrn beauftragt werden, liegen in der fachlichen Verantwortung des Auftragnehmers. Die Nutzfläche für die beiden Bestandgebäude beträgt ca. 870 m².
