1. The Government of the Togolese Republic has received financing from the World Bank to finance the Inclusive Development through Electricity Access (IDEA) Project in Togo, and intends to use part of this credit to make payments under the Market contract for the Supply of connection materials for connecting new customers.
2. The Ministerial Delegation in Charge of Energy and Mining Resources through the Inclusive Development through Electricity Access (IDEA) Project in Togo, is soliciting sealed bids from eligible bidders meeting the required qualifications to supply:
The material to be supplied consists mainly of the following items:
