Description
Fluency Direct
Fluency Direct is a front-end speech recognition solution that works with over 300 Electronic Patient Record systems, all driven by a single, cloud-hosted voice profile. Clinicians of any medical specialty can verbally create, edit and sign reports directly in the EPR for faster and better documentation. The clinician can use conversational speech to control many functions, including: - dictation of free-form clinical narrative, which is automatically converted to text and inserted into the relevant/selected parts of the EPR/clinical application's documentation and database structure; - hands-free control and navigation within the EPR with intuitive commands (e.g. "go to problem list" or "create new note"); - insertion of pre-defined macros, commands, and/or templates (e.g, "insert standard review of systems") with subsequent speech-driven form filling, providing a huge timesaver; - editing of documentation through voice commands followed by finalization and electronic signature.
