The National Research Council Canada (NRC) requires to purchase an automated low maintenance near closed cycle helium gas recovery, purification and liquefaction system capable of recovering helium from normal boil off and helium fills from six (6) superconducting NMR magnets, including five (5) 4-Kelvin magnets, and one (1) ultrahigh-field 2-Kelvin pumped magnet..
