Employee surveys: tool and expert services CSC – IT Center for Science Ltd is an expert organization owned by the Finnish state and Finnish universities, aiming to improve its employee experience and thereby ensure the realization of CSC's strategy. As an employer, CSC aims to investigate and measure, among other things, how employees perceive CSC's operations and prospects as a company, how CSC's management and supervisory work are perceived, how employees are doing, how motivated employees are, and how meaningful work is perceived. It is of paramount importance to identify the factors that positively or negatively influence all of the above. The subject of the procurement is a comprehensive employee survey service, which includes a SaaS (Software as a Service) type survey solution for conducting an annual employee survey. The survey solution must be browser-based and offered as a service, with the service provider responsible for software maintenance, updates, information security, and continuous availability. The service covers the technical implementation of the survey, analysis and reporting views for examining results, and the recording and tracking of actions. The procurement includes expert services intrinsically linked to the service described above, including consulting, process support, and project responsibility for the annual execution of the employee survey. Lot 1: Employee surveys: tool and expert services CSC – Tieteen tietotekniikan keskus Oy on Suomen valtion ja suomalaisten korkeakoulujen omistama asiantuntijaorganisaatio, joka haluaa kehittää henkilöstökokemustaan ja varmistaa sitä kautta myös CSC:n strategian toteutumisvoiman. Työnantajana CSC:n tavoitteena on selvittää ja mitata muun muassa sitä, miten henkilöstö kokee CSC:n toiminnan ja näkymät yrityksenä, millaiseksi CSC:n johtaminen ja esihenkilötyöskentely koetaan, miten henkilöstö voi, miten motivoitunutta henkilöstö on ja miten mielekkääksi työ koetetaan. Ensiarvoisen tärkeää on selvittää mitkä syyt vaikuttavat kaikkiin edellä mainittuihin positiivisesti tai negatiivisesti. Hankinnan kohteena on kokonaisvaltainen henkilöstökyselypalvelu, joka sisältää SaaS-tyyppisen (Software as a Service) kyselyratkaisun vuosittaisen henkilöstökyselyn toteuttamiseen. Kyselyratkaisun tulee olla selainkäyttöinen ja tarjottu palveluna siten, että ohjelmiston ylläpito, päivitykset, tietoturva ja jatkuva käytettävyys kuuluvat palveluntarjoajan vastuulle. Palvelu kattaa kyselyn teknisen toteutuksen, tulosten tarkasteluun tarkoitetut analysointi- ja raportointinäkymät sekä toimenpiteiden kirjaamisen ja seurannan. Hankintaan sisältyvät edellä kuvattuun palveluun kiinteästi liittyvät asiantuntijapalvelut, mukaan lukien konsultointi, prosessituki sekä projektivastuu henkilöstökyselyn vuosittaisesta toteutuksesta.
