Verkið felst í endurbyggingu vegar (Hringvegur) á um 800 m löngum kafla frá afleggjara að tengivirki Landsnets austur fyrir Dufþaksbraut, í Rangárþingi eystra, gatnamótum við Hvolsveg og Hlíðarveg ásamt göngu- og hjólastíg. Kaflinn er um 800 m langur, frá afleggjara að tengivirki Landsnets austur fyrir Dufþaksbraut. Einnig skal leggja göngu- og hjólastíga. Slitlag er malbik. Helstu magntölur eru: Verkinu skal að fullu lokið 1. september 2027 . Útboðsgögn eru aðgengileg og verða afhent í rafræna útboðskerfinu TendSign frá og með þriðjudeginum 23. júní 2026. Tilboði skal skila rafrænt í TendSign útboðskerfinu fyrir kl. 14:00 þriðjudaginn 7. júlí 2026. Ekki verður haldinn sérstakur opnunarfundur en eftir lok tilboðsfrests verður bjóðendum tilkynnt um nöfn bjóðenda og verðtilboð.
