Description

Provide electrical maintenance repair, electrical installation services, data cabling and testing services, generator testing, and repair, fire alarm repair and maintenance and CAN/ULC-S536-13 certified inspection services on an as-required basis at Michener Centre, Red Deer, Alberta. Additional Requirements: Supplier must provide qualified Certified Journeyman Electricians and all permits/licenses required to perform the work in Alberta. CAN/ULC-S536-13 certified fire alarm inspection services are required. Personnel working above 3 m must hold current Fall Arrest and Aerial Lift Operation certifications. Supplier must maintain minimum $2M Commercial General Liability and $2M Automobile Liability insurance, WCB registration/good standing, and provide a $5,000 Fidelity Bond following award. The Supplier must comply with Alberta OHS and all Michener Centre safety/security requirements and be capable of responding on site within one hour for emergencies.
