Description

Provide Carpentry services for the Michener Center in Red Deer, Alberta. Additional Requirements: Supplier must provide Certified Journeyman Carpenter(s) or equivalent. An equivalent must have at least five (5) years’ experience in general building maintenance and building repair. All contract employees performing work at Michener Centre must be certified in both Fall Arrest and Aerial Lift Operation and comply with site fall protection, safety and security requirements. Supplier must maintain $2M Commercial General Liability and $2M Automobile Liability insurance, plus $2M Non-Owned Automobile insurance where staff use personal vehicles for Contract work. Supplier must maintain WCB registration/good standing and provide a $5,000 Fidelity Bond following award. Emergency situations require personnel on site within one (1) hour.
