Description

a) Work of this Contract comprises the following: i. Interior tenant improvements to an existing office building including interior architectural elements, new mechanical and electrical systems, and Code and life-safety updates. Additional Requirements: 2.11.1 By submitting a Proposal, the Proponent is deemed to understand and acknowledge that the Preferred Proponent shall, at its own costs and expense, satisfy the following conditions precedent to Agreement award specified in section 2.1 (Conditions Precedent) of the Agreement, after Agreement award and prior to commencement of the Work.
