Project Description: Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit, and non-governmental international humanitarian organization. Mercy Corps/Prosper Global, together with International Medical Corps (IMC), Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), Concern Worldwide, Plan International, and Welthungerhilfe, is seeking a lead consultancy to support the validation, design, and fundraising strategy development for the SPiRiT Ethiopia Programme.
