Savonlinnan kaupungin hankintapalvelut kilpailutti Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy:n ICT-palveluiden hankinnan sopimuskaudelle 01.05.2026 - 30.04.2029. Mikäli Savonlinnan kaupungin hankintapalvelut irtisanoo sopimuksen viimeistään kuusi (6) kuukautta ennen sopimuskauden päättymistä, sopimus päättyy 30.04.2029. Jos sopimusta ei irtisanota päättymään sopimuskauden loppuun, sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassaolevana kuuden (6) kuukauden irtisanomisajalla. Mikäli sopimus jatkuu, sovelletaan hankintasopimusta entisin ehdoin, sen mukaisesti kuin ne ovat voimassa sopimuskauden päättyessä.
