In this regard, it is clearly a ground related to the protection of exclusive rights. International marketing of the region is not possible without utilizing the Levi brand. According to the contracting entity's assessment, there are no reasonable alternative or substitute solutions. No other company, locally or otherwise, possesses the necessary channels, networks, and expertise required for the subject of the procurement, i.e., international regional marketing, which Levin Matkailu Oy has, nor do they own the intellectual property rights of the Levi brand, which are necessary for carrying out international marketing.
