Framework agreement for stone and earth materials

The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command (hereinafter the Procuring Entity) requests your offer for the supply of stone and earth materials for the needs of the Uusimaa Brigade and the Armoured Brigade, in accordance with this request for proposals and its appendices. One or two suppliers will be selected for the needs of each troop unit, and a framework agreement will be made with the selected suppliers for the use of the troop unit (hereinafter the Customer). The quantities of stone and earth materials in the request for proposals are estimated total quantities for the entire contract period, four (4) years from the signing of the agreement, and they may exceed or fall short of the estimate during the contract. The actual quantity of material to be ordered cannot be specified more precisely, as the renovation works in the areas depend on the appropriations granted and the use of the areas. The customer's contact persons will order contract products from the selected suppliers based on separate orders as needed. Stone material Uusimaa Brigade UUDENMAAN PRIKAATI The subject of the procurement in its entirety is described in the criteria section. Need immediately after signing the agreement: - 10% of the total amount: Aggregate 0-300mm or alternatively, Crushed stone 0-150mm. - 60% of the total amount: Gravel 0-16mm - 30% of the total amount: Gravel 0-32mm. Delivery locations for immediately ordered material: - For gravel 0-32 mm: Syndalen training area, Tvärminnentie 850, 10900 Hanko - For aggregate 0-300mm or crushed stone 0-150mm: Uusimaa Brigade Dragsvikintie 7, 10640 Dragsvik - Gravel 0-16 mm will be delivered to both locations The first order will be worth EUR 100,000.00 and the order will be placed immediately after signing the agreement. The quantities and delivery locations described above are current estimates and may change. Precise quantities and delivery locations will be specified in the purchase order. The maximum value of the contract to be concluded is EUR 300,000.00. Earth material Armoured Brigade Lohtaja training area During the contract period, the following will be procured at most: Crushed stone 0-16 mm: 21,000 tons Crushed stone 0-32 mm: 15,000 tons Crushed stone 0-55 mm: 4,300 tons Crushed stone 0-100 mm: 4,300 tons Stone dust: 300 tons The contract for materials to be delivered to the Lohtaja training area will be made from 1.3.2027 for four years.
