Invitation to market dialogue on housing services for mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation clients and young people in aftercare The Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue (Varha) is preparing a tender for housing services for mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation clients and young people in aftercare. The aim of the service is to support clients' functional capacity, participation, and rehabilitation, and to strengthen their readiness for independent or less supported living. If independence is not possible, the aim is to ensure safe, individual, and functional living for the client. The service to be procured consists of the following sub-components: - communal living and communal living where substance use is permitted - 24-hour supported housing, demanding 24-hour supported housing, and 24-hour supported housing where substance use is permitted - supported housing and supported housing in a sublet apartment. Target schedule for the tender: The request for proposals is intended to be published in early spring, and the deadline for offers would be in the spring. The start date of the contract is planned for the last quarter of 2026. The schedule is a target/estimate. The contracting entity does not commit to following this schedule.
