مدرب/ة رئيسي/ة في التنظيم المجتمعي
ضمن مشروع:
"القوة في أيدينا!" – بناء أنظمة حماية تقودها الناجيات للوقاية من العنف ضد النساء والفتيات في شمال سوريا.
نوع التعاقد:
اتفاقية إطارية تعتمد على تكلفة يوم العمل الواحد، دون الالتزام بعدد محدد من أيام العمل.
مكان العمل:
عن بُعد و/أو ميداني في شمال غرب وشمال شرق سوريا بحسب ظروف الوصول والأمان.
مدة التعاقد:
سنتان قابلة للتجديد، مع مشاركة مكثفة خلال مراحل المشروع الأساسية.

Lead Coach – Community Organizing (COM)
Under the project:
“The Power is in Our Hands!” – Building Survivor-led Protection Systems for VAWG Prevention in North Syria.
Contract Type:
Framework Agreement based on a fixed cost per working day (8 working hours), without commitment to a minimum number of working days.
Work Location:
Remote and/or field engagement in Northwest and Northeast Syria, depending on access and security conditions.
Contract Duration:
Two years, renewable, with intensive engagement during key project phases.
