We are actively seeking a qualified and experienced Risk Management Trainer to design and delivera comprehensive, practical training program for project managers at Action For Humanity (AFH) . If you specialize in humanitarian finance, donor compliance, and grant management this opportunity is for you.
📋 About the Assignment
You will lead a fully structured Finance Training Program targeting at least 70% of AFH project managers, delivered either in-person, online, or in a blended format as mutually agreed with the organization.

Procurement, Segregation of Duties & Internal Financial Controls.
Fraud Prevention, Audit Readiness & Supporting Documentation Standards.

Deliverables Include:
Training work plan, session agenda & delivery methodology (submitted prior to delivery).

🎓 Who We Are Looking For
You are the right fit if you have:
A recognized ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance certification.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional finance experience.
Working knowledge of institutional donor financial rules EU, BHA/USAID, FCDO, UN, or equivalent.
Familiarity with grant budgeting, financial reporting, and audit requirements in humanitarian contexts.
A proven track record of similar capacity-strengthening assignments.
Strong command of English and Arabic language proficiency is a significant advantage.
📅 Assignment Details
Duration: One (1) month from contract signing date.
Work Schedule: As per agreed training work plan and session schedule.
Delivery Mode In-person and/or online, to be stated in the session agenda & online delivery methodology.
Payment: Fixed, all-inclusive fee (covering trainer fee, preparation, materials, delivery & reporting. Subject to applicable tax/withholding per local law).
