Description

The International Finance Corporation ("IFC") has been approached by the Government of the Mongolia through the Ministry of Education (MOE) to assist in its efforts to mobilize the private sector via a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) for the development of climate-resilient, and digitally equipped classrooms across number of public schools from a pool of identified brownfield and greenfield sites in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia (the "Project").
IFC is seeking to engage a qualified Legal
Consultant (firm or consortium of firms) to provide legal due diligence,
transaction structuring, and drafting support to the transaction, ensuring the
Project is structured on a sound legal and contractual basis consistent with
Mongolia's PPP Law and international good practice.
