Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Beschaffung und Montage neuer DAG- und DAU-Technik (also Digitaler Alarmgeber und Digitaler Umsetzer) an den 48 jeweiligen bereits bestehenden Standorten sowie der Neubau von 29 zusätzlichen DAU-Standorten. Die Infrastruktur der jeweiligen bereits bestehenden DAU-Standorte (Elektroinstallation, Blitzschutz, Antennentechnik) soll unverändert bestehen bleiben, soweit durch die neue DA-Technik nicht Änderungen erforderlich werden. Es geht also um eine bauliche sowie IT-seitige Erneuerung und Optimierung/Erweiterung des digitalen Alarmierungssystems. Darüber hinaus ist das Gesamtsystem für eine Laufzeit von vier Jahren ab Gesamtinbetriebnahme sowie zwei weiteren Verlängerungsoptionen für den Auftraggeber von jeweils drei Jahren zu betreiben, zu warten und zu pflegen und bei Bedarf weiterzuentwickeln. Ebenfalls umfasst sind Schulungen und das Projektmanagement für den Gesamt-Roll-Out.
