Original language: fiTulli pyytää tarjoustanne LSC-laitteen (tuikelaskuri) ja siihen liittyvän huoltopalvelun hankinnasta Tullilaboratorioon. Yleinen kuvaus hankinnasta ja laitetta koskevat tarkemmat vaatimukset löytyvät tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoista. Hankinnassa sovelletaan julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista annettua lakia (Hankintalaki 1397/2016) Hankintamenettelynä Hankintalain 32§ mukainen avoin menettely ja vertailuperusteena on kokonaistaloudellinen edullisuus hinnan painoarvon ollessa 10 ja laadun painoarvon ollessa 90. Testinäytteen näyte haetaan Tullilaboratoriosta yhden (1) viikon kuluessa tarjouspyynnön julkaisun ajankohdasta. Näyte tulee hakea virka-aikana kello 8:00 – 15:00. Tarkemmat vaatimukset ja ehdot liittyen testinäytteeseen on ilmoitettu kohdassa "Hankinnan kohteen kriteerit". Hankinta rahoitetaan CCEI -rahoituksella (Customs Control Equipment Instrument). Tarjouspyyntöasiakirjassa on esitetty hankintaan varattu budjetti laitteen hankintahinnan ja vuosihuoltojen osalta. Hankinta tulee olla toimitettuna, asennettuna ja laskutettuna vuoden 2026 aikana. Tarkemmat ehdot toimitukseen liittyen Hankintasopimusluonnoksessa. Huoltosopimus käynnistyy takuuajan päätyttyä.
