Description
Research commission to deliver the Make Work Pay (MWP) Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Scoping Study. This shall involve a mapping exercise including logic models and theory of change, the creation/identification of baseline data and the design of programme-level metrics and evaluation plans to measure impact.
The Supplier shall explore Monitoring & Evaluation techniques and best practice methodology for large-scale policy reform and critique and develop the current M&E framework through a combination of mapping and stakeholder engagement, workshops, desk-based research, and deep dives into data sources..
