Market consultation Flexible shell Supervision and Enforcement municipality of Nijmegen Client: Municipality of Nijmegen Municipality of Nijmegen intends to organize a flexible shell for the deployment of qualified employees within Supervision and Enforcement. The flexible shell is intended to cover temporary capacity needs, for example due to peak loads, illness and leave, temporary projects, unexpected developments, and difficult-to-fill vacancies. The assignment includes making suitable and immediately deployable employees available at the request of the municipality of Nijmegen who meet the function requirements, qualifications, authorizations, knowledge, experience, and competencies set by the municipality. Within the assignment, there may be a need for the following function profiles, among others: • integral enforcer; • neighborhood enforcement officer; • youth enforcement officer; • coordinating enforcer; • team leader Supervision and Enforcement; • and, if applicable, other functions or specialisms within Supervision and Enforcement. The deployment primarily focuses on activities within Supervision and Enforcement, with experience as a BOA within domain I being a strong preference. Depending on the requested function profile, additional experience in coordination, neighborhood-oriented work, youth, management, or other relevant specialisms may be desired. The nature and scope of the need may vary during the term. There may be both pre-plannable deployment and deployment at short notice or in case of unexpected capacity needs. The contractor is expected to have sufficient recruitment capacity, market knowledge, and organizational ability to make qualitatively suitable candidates available in a timely manner. The contractor is responsible for the recruitment, selection, and screening of candidates and ensures that offered employees demonstrably meet the function profile requested by the municipality of Nijmegen. In addition, the contractor is expected to contribute to the continuity and quality of deployment. This includes guiding deployed employees, monitoring performance and professional competence, and timely providing appropriate replacement in case of illness, absence, insufficient performance, or early departure.
