1. 2. The consulting services ("the Services") include: providing technical control, qualitative, geometric and ESHS monitoring, as well as administrative and financial follow-up of the rehabilitation and modernization works of the Commercial Port of Mahajanga. The infrastructures and developments subject to this rigorous supervision are divided into five (05) major components: (i) Structural rehabilitation of the Orsini Quay (154.62 ml), (ii) Rehabilitation using a Mixed Sheet Pile Wall of the Barriquand Quay (180 ml) and the former COMACCO Quay (179 ml), (iii) Development of the Dhow Quay (145 ml), (iv) Earthworks, sanitation and surfacing of the yards, (v) Quay equipment and ancillary developments.
3. The Project Coordination Unit invites engineering consulting firms (or consortia of engineering firms) with the following minimum qualifications:
- General Experience: Solid experience in the control, supervision and project management of major civil engineering and public infrastructure works.
- Specific Experience: Successful completion of civil engineering works control and supervision missions for heavy maritime infrastructure (particularly sheet pile quays, combi-wall mixed sheet pile walls, or complex anchoring systems).
- Equipment Expertise: Recognized experience in the conformity control and technical acceptance of port or ancillary facilities (security/video surveillance systems, high-power lighting networks, or quay fluid/utility connections).
