Description

This Negotiated Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation from Mohawk Medbuy Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “MMC") to Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of MILR Neuro Products; for a contract term of three (3) years with an option to extend for two (2) additional periods of two (2) years. Proponents must be able to meet or exceed all the requirements of this RFP for a Hospital-by-Hospital award by category, for the following categories: NEUROVASCULAR ACCESS CATHETERS, ASPIRATION CATHETERS AND GUIDE CATHETERS NEUROVASCULAR STENT RETRIEVER NEUROVASCULAR FLOW DIVERTER NEURO EMBOLIZATION COILS AND ACCESSORIES NEUROVASCULAR INTRASACCULAR DEVICES NEUROVASCULAR MICROCATHETER NEUROVASCULAR GUIDEWIRES BALLOON OCCLUSION CATHETER EMBOLIZATION LIQUIDS AND PARTICLES NEUROVASCULAR STENTS EMBOLIC PROTECTION DEVICES Proponents must have the breadth of product to meet the commitment level in order to be in consideration for the committed portion of the award for the category.
