Separate position No. 1: "Selection of a contractor for construction supervision during the execution of the object: \"Renovation of an existing two-story building into a \"Community Center for Early Childhood Development\" in the Druzhba neighborhood, Upi II, block 619, according to PUP-PRZ, PI 77181.6.127.2 according to KK of the city of Harmanli\"

Brief description of the subject of Separate position No. 1 – „Selection of a contractor for construction supervision during the execution of the object: „Renovation of an existing two-story building into a “Community Center for Early Childhood Development” in the Druzhba neighborhood, Upi II, block 619, according to PUP-PRZ, PI 77181.6.127.2 according to KK of the city of Harmanli“. Based on Art. 137, para. 1, item 5, sub. “a” of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT) and Art. 10, para. 1, item 4 of Ordinance No. 1 of July 30, 2003, on the nomenclature of types of construction, the construction is categorized as a fifth-category construction. According to Art. 5, para. 6, item 1.5.1 of the Rules for registration and maintenance of the Central Professional Register of Builders (PRVVCPRS), the construction is assigned to the first group: buildings of high-rise construction (residential, public service, industrial), its adjacent infrastructure, electronic communication networks and facilities. In execution of this separate position, the Contractor shall carry out the qualitative and timely performance, in full compliance with the current regulatory framework and the requirements of the Client, of the following activities: - Exercising construction supervision during construction until the acceptance and commissioning of the construction – the subject of the order within the mandatory scope regulated in the ZUT, the subordinate normative acts for its application and other relevant normative documents; - Preparation of the Final Report for the construction, according to Art. 168, para. 6 of the ZUT and §3 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of Ordinance No. 2 of July 31, 2003, on the commissioning of constructions in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for executed construction and installation works, equipment and construction sites, Technical Passport for the construction according to Art. 176a of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 2006 on technical passports of constructions and Report on the implementation of the Construction Waste Management Plan according to Annex No. 6 of the Ordinance of 05.12.2017 on the management of construction waste and the use of recycled construction materials; - Management of the commissioning processes of the construction until the issuance of the Certificate of Commissioning of the construction – the subject of the order; - Preparation and submission of Reports and opinions upon request by the Client; - Management of the processes for rectifying defects of the construction within the warranty periods according to Ordinance No. 2 of July 31, 2003, on the commissioning of constructions in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for executed construction and installation works, equipment and construction sites; - Fulfillment of administrative requirements according to the applicable regulatory framework. By virtue of Art. 168, para. 7 of the ZUT, the responsibility under the construction supervision contract has terms no shorter than the warranty periods in construction. The contractor must perform the tasks arising from its obligations as construction supervisor through the qualified natural persons indicated in the approved list of the team of qualified natural persons through whom the activity is exercised – an integral part of the certificate issued to the Contractor for exercising the activities under Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 according to Art. 166 para. 2 of the ZUT.
