Предметът на поръчката включва приготвяне и доставка на храна (кетъринг) за пациентите по различни диети по предварителни заявки от Възложителя. Организиране на храненето на пациентите се извършва чрез ежедневна доставка по график, определен от Възложителя, на готова, пакетирана, топла храна при спазване на всички нормативни разпоредби в страната. Готовата храна следва да отговаря на изискванията за количество, качество и калорийна стойност за рационално и диетично хранене и на указанията на Възложителя. Фактическото изпълнение на обществената поръчка се определя на база прием на пациенти. Заявката на необходимата за следващия ден готова храна се предоставя на Изпълнителя по договора по групови менюта по определени диети, както следва: ежедневно до 12:30 часа за следващия ден на провеждащите в момента лечение пациенти; в петък до 12:30 часа за предстоящите почивни дни /събота, неделя и понеделник/; допълнителна заявка за постъпилите спешно болни - до 09:00 часа на текущия ден за пациенти, на които в текущия ден следва да се осигури обяд и вечеря; до 12:30 часа на текущия ден за пациенти, на които в текущия ден следва да се осигури вечеря; до 17:00 часа на текущия ден за пациенти, на които на следващия/те ден/ни следва да се осигури/ят пълен/и храноден/и.
