Cleaning of the Gmina Olsztyn Areas, including Winter Maintenance of Sidewalks, Stairs, Public Transport Stops, Pedestrian Crossings, and Areas Outside Roadways for the 2025/2026 Season - Sector 2

This tender concerns the comprehensive cleaning and winter maintenance services for public areas within Sector 2 of the Gmina Olsztyn. For general cleaning, the services will cover roadways, sidewalks, public transport stops, bus bays, road shoulders, pedestrian crossing islands, bicycle paths, green spaces, storm drains, and other road infrastructure within the road right-of-way. Additionally, manual and mechanical cleaning of areas outside the road right-of-way will be performed based on cost estimates provided by the contracting authority. The tender also specifies winter maintenance operations for the 2025/2026 season, encompassing roadways, sidewalks, pedestrian crossings, parking lots, stairs, public transport stops, and areas beyond the road boundaries. These winter services will involve snow removal and the application of anti-skid materials to treated surfaces.
