Collection from ZUOK in Olsztyn and management of waste code 17 09 04 (mixed construction and demolition waste other than that mentioned in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03) from residential properties and PSZOK points

1. The subject of the order is the service of collection and management of construction waste with code 17 09 04 (mixed construction and demolition waste other than that mentioned in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03) originating from residential properties and PSZOK points, generated as a result of construction works carried out by natural persons who are not entrepreneurs. 2. The transfer of waste covered by the order will take place in a manner that ensures the transfer of responsibility for waste management to the next waste holder (including the legally required sorting of waste into at least: wood, metals, glass, plastics, gypsum and mineral waste (including concrete, bricks, tiles and ceramic materials and stones). 3. The quantity of waste intended for collection and management under the basic order is up to 2400 Mg. 4. The Ordering Party, within the scope of this order, allows for the use of an option referred to in Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law Act. The Ordering Party may use the option in whole or in part, at once or in several parts. An option is foreseen regarding the increase of waste intended for collection and management by an additional 1000 Mg. 5. The Ordering Party will use the option if there is a demand for further implementation of the aforementioned services. 6. Taking the above into account, the total quantity of waste intended for collection and management is up to 3400 Mg, including: 2400 Mg under the basic order and up to 1000 Mg under the option. 7. The Contractor will collect the aforementioned waste from the Ordering Party – the registered office of ZGOK Sp. z o.o. in Olsztyn, ul. P. Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. 8. Waste collected from the Ordering Party will be transferred to an entity holding a decision specified in Article 27(2)(1) or (2) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012, indicated by the Contractor before signing the contract. 9. Due to the subject matter, the order must be carried out in particular in accordance with the following regulations: 1) Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste); 2) Act of 27 April 2001 on Environmental Protection Law; 3) Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, and other acts and regulations applicable to the subject of the order. 10. For settlements between the Parties, the quantity of collected waste will be determined by measurement on the Ordering Party's electronic vehicle scale. 11. The transfer of waste will be confirmed by a waste transfer card – in accordance with applicable regulations. 12. A detailed description of the subject of the order and cooperation conditions are described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, titled Draft Contract Provisions.
