Removal of consequences of accidents on safety equipment and facilities Area 4 (SSÚD 06, 07)

The subject of the contract is a framework agreement for the removal of consequences of traffic accidents, i.e., repairs of containment systems and other components and accessories of the highway after traffic accidents for SSÚD 06, 07. The contract (framework agreement) is issued to ensure the repair of damage to safety equipment and facilities of public roads, i.e., containment systems (guardrails), and also to ensure the repair of minor damages caused by traffic accidents. Repairs of the above-mentioned equipment and damages must be carried out to permanently ensure the required safety standards of public roads, to ensure the correct functionality of the safety equipment and facilities of public roads, but also of public roads as a whole, i.e., all components and equipment of public roads that are commonly damaged in traffic accidents (surface drainage, manholes, unpaved shoulders, etc.). Repairs must be carried out regularly after each traffic accident, as traffic accidents naturally occur during the operation of public roads. Given that the occurrence of traffic accidents cannot be predicted, it is necessary to have repairs contractually secured precisely by a framework agreement. The framework agreement also serves to contract the immediate removal of emergency situations of safety equipment.
