Public tender for marine gas oil for Læsø Municipality

The tendered service concerns the delivery of marine gas oil for use as fuel in the Læsø ferries. The tendered service comprises a contract for the delivery of standard marine gas oil per year of type DMA ISO 8217:2017 or equivalent with a density of max 860 kg/m3 and a sulfur content of max 50 ppm. The contracting authority expects to purchase 1,500,000 – 1,600,000 liters per year, but is only obliged to purchase 1,200,000 liters per year. The supplier is obliged to deliver a maximum annual quantity of 1,800,000 liters, corresponding to a total maximum quantity over the full term of the agreement of 7,200,000 liters. The contract has a duration of just under 4 years, starting on February 15, 2027, until January 31, 2031, inclusive. The contract is non-cancellable by the supplier for the first 18 months, but can thereafter be terminated by the supplier with 6 months' notice, at the earliest from February 28, 2029. Bidders must submit bids for the above type of marine gas oil and its delivery. In this regard, bidders must complete the tender list, which is part of the tender documentation. The requirements for the service, including the requirements for delivery and documentation, are set out in the draft contract, which forms part of the tender documentation. The delivery of marine gas oil takes place continuously throughout the year. Reference is made to the draft contract for a specification of the delivery requirements. The offered price, which is determined by setting a price supplement to the price of the MGO itself according to "Platt index: AAVBG00 ULSD 10 ppmS CIF NWE Cargo Havg", must include all necessary services associated with the delivery of the service. The agreement must be concluded on the basis of the draft contract attached to the tender documentation. The final contract will be adjusted in accordance with the winning bid.
