Original language: fiHankinnan kohteena ovat Museoviraston ("Hankintayksikkö") Savonlinnassa sijaitsevan Olavinlinnan ravintolapalvelut. Hankinta toteutetaan avoimella menettelyllä. Hankintaan sovelletaan julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista annettua lakia (hankintalaki, 1397/2016). Kyse on hankintalain 25 §:n mukaisesta kansallisen kynnysarvon ylittävästä käyttöoikeussopimuksesta. Sopimus palveluista tehdään yhden tarjoajan kanssa. Sopimuskausi on kestoltaan viisi (5) vuotta.
